No. Its as simple as that. We charge £1200 including vat on a no sale no fee basis to include all your property marketing.
Another easy one! No. We only take our fee of £1200 inc VAT once your home has gone through to completion. Your solicitors will take our fee out of the money from the sale of your property.
All properties MUST have a valid energy performance certificate by law to be marketed for sale. These certificates last for 10 years so it’s always a good idea to check if you already have one by clicking on the link and entering your postcode.
An energy performance certificate (EPC) is a four-page document which sets out the energy efficiency of a property on a traffic light system of A to G – A being the most efficient. This document provides an indication of how much it will cost to heat and power a property.
Not to worry – Leave it to us! We can arrange for our domestic energy assessor Andy to visit your property to carry out the report at a cost of £90.00. This payment is required before Andy visits your home.
